Environmentally conscious dry construction on timber and concrete floors. Ready for use immediately.
Subfloors with dry construction.
The subfloor levels differences in height, provides thermal and impact sound insulation, and gives the flooring a flat, stable base. It is a dry construction: no moisture, no drying time and ready to walk on immediately.

On timber and concrete floors
Timber floors
The usual situation in older buildings. The build-up levels unevenness and reduces floor bounce without adding excessive weight to the structure.
Concrete floors
For new builds and renovations. Thermal and impact sound insulation without a wet screed or weeks of drying time.
Renovation
When build-up height is limited and the existing structure needs to remain. The dry system can be adjusted to the existing height with millimetre precision.

From structural floor to finished flooring
1 · Levelling
Fill or levelling boards bring the structural floor level, including old timber floors with a slope.
2 · Insulation
Thermal and impact sound insulation using environmentally conscious materials, vapour-permeable and installed dry.
3 · Load-bearing layer
Compression-resistant boards as a base for parquet, floorboards or other coverings. Ready for use immediately.
4 · Flooring
Wood flooring from our own production or your chosen covering, installed as part of the same job.

Why choose dry construction
No wet screed, no drying time and no second trade: the build-up is matched to the existing height with millimetre precision, and the flooring follows directly.
In renovations, the absence of drying time is often decisive: the room remains habitable and the flooring can follow immediately.
Uneven floor, limited build-up height.
Describe the situation to us. A dry floor system will often provide the solution.
