Website analytics with Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to analyse page views and use of this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. These services are not loaded without consent.

Google processes usage and device data, visited pages and the referring page. Transmission technically includes your IP address. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are set for up to 180 days. Our integration does not send form contents, URL query parameters or URL fragments to Analytics. Advertising features are disabled.

You can reject analytics or withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Your choice is stored locally in your browser for 180 days (hecher-analytics-consent-v1). Withdrawing consent deletes this website’s analytics cookies. Google may also process data in the United States.

Server log files

When you access the website, the web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, access date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system. This data is used to operate the website securely and resolve technical issues.

Fonts and scripts

Fonts (Marcellus, Instrument Sans) and scripts are served from our own web server. Loading the website does not establish connections to Google Fonts or third-party content delivery networks.

Enquiry form

When you submit the enquiry form, your details (project type, basic information, name, email address and/or telephone number, optional message and attachments such as plans or photos) are transmitted securely to our web server and forwarded by email to Hecher GmbH. Your enquiry, including attachments, is also stored in our access-restricted content management system so we can handle it. Only authorised staff have access. If you provide an email address, you will automatically receive an acknowledgement containing your details.

The form also sends the address of the page from which the enquiry was submitted and any campaign parameters in the URL (UTM). This is used solely to identify the source of enquiries.

We use an email service provider (SMTP) to deliver messages on our behalf. If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your details to handle your enquiry.
