What this website does not do
The website does not set cookies, embed analytics tools, use tracking pixels or create user profiles. There is no login area or newsletter service.

When you access the website, the web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, access date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system. This data is used to operate the website securely and resolve technical issues.

Fonts and scripts
Fonts (Marcellus, Instrument Sans) and scripts are served from our own web server. Loading the website does not establish connections to Google Fonts or third-party content delivery networks.
Enquiry form
When you submit the enquiry form, your details (project type, basic information, name, email address and/or telephone number, optional message and attachments such as plans or photos) are transmitted securely to our web server and forwarded by email to Hecher GmbH. Your enquiry, including attachments, is also stored in our access-restricted content management system so we can handle it. Only authorised staff have access. If you provide an email address, you will automatically receive an acknowledgement containing your details.
The form also sends the address of the page from which the enquiry was submitted and any campaign parameters in the URL (UTM). This is used solely to identify the source of enquiries.
We use an email service provider (SMTP) to deliver messages on our behalf. If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your details to handle your enquiry.
